Here's what I've found so far.
1890 Smith's First Territorial Directory, page 68: Holbrook, J V, Section 24, Township 15, Range 2 West [location would be south near the Logan-Oklahoma county line, then slightly east]
1905 Guthrie Directory: Holbrook, J. Bernoid, painter J.P. Douglass, residence 506 W. Washington
1910 Guthrie Directory, page 144: Holbrook, J. Vernoid (Bertie), painter Mathrews & Jaros, residence 502 West Noble
1910 Census - I found Venoid and Bertie. The address is 502 West Noble, not 5102. Looks like Bertie's marriage to Holbrook was her 5th. The two step-sons to Venoid, one named Roy Murray and the other Joseph White.
I checked 1912 directory in Guthrie and did not find them listed. Did not find in cemeteries either. I didn't find a death through 1919. Is it possible there was another divorce some time after 1910? I don't have a divorce index handy, but will need to go to the court house if that might be productive.

I could not find divorce proceedings for Bertie, nor could I find a probate file.
I did find in Marriage Book 8 page 572 the following marriage record:
J. V. Holbrook, age 35, white, born Iowa, residence Guthrie
Miss Bertie Martin, age 32, white, born Illinois, residence Guthrie
8th day of September 1908, married by County Judge J. C. Strang. Witnesses: Louise Casal and Lou V. Smith of Guthrie.
