My office is in my home... it’s a "good gig".. no heavy lifting, air conditioning, jazz on the stereo, etc. Often I will embark on projects that requires more man power and other services than I can provide. When this happens, I call on other associates/friends that maintain offices and shops in their homes. Jewel knows more about computers and computing than anyone I have ever met. My nickname for him is "Einstein". I have personally purchased 6 PCs from Jewel - and my clients have purchased many more. His prices are always about the same as you find in the local Best Buy ∓ Circuit City retailers, but the quality and performance are superior, and he’s always there in an emergency. 

Jewel is an engineer by profession - He had been computer "hobbyist" since 1978. Several years ago he made a decision to make it a career. Jewel used to manage large refineries in South America and the Golden Triangle area. He often comments that the PC on my desk is more powerful than the computers that ran local refineries when I moved into the area in 1981.
